Our Brokerage Policy

At Symphony Realtors , transparency is at the heart of everything we do. Our brokerage terms are straightforward, competitive, and built to serve your best interests:
  • New Property Bookings (Under Construction): We do not charge any brokerage on new, under-construction property bookings. Our compensation comes directly from the developer, ensuring you pay nothing extra.
  • Resale Property Transactions: A 2% brokerage fee is applicable on the final agreed sale value for all resale property deals.
  • Rental & Lease Transactions: For rental and lease agreements, our standard brokerage is equivalent to 2 months’ rent, payable upon successful closure of the deal.
